SizeKit – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of a SizeKit Founding Member subscription. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms. SizeKit is operated by ZIGGYCOW LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Founding Member Pre-Order

By purchasing a Founding Member subscription, you are pre-ordering access to SizeKit at $8.25/month billed annually ($99).

Payment: You will be charged $99 at the time of purchase.
Access: You will receive access on December 19th, 2025.
Price Lock: Your $99/year rate is locked in for life while the subscription stays active.
Cancellation: Canceling forfeits the Founding Member rate.

2. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund anytime before early access begins on December 19th, 2025.

After access is granted, all sales are final. To request a refund before the access date, email ziggycowweblabs@gmail.com.

3. Service Availability

We aim to launch on December 19th, 2025 but may delay if necessary. Delays greater than 30 days qualify for a refund.

SizeKit is provided on an "as-is" basis; we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of sales, incorrect sizing, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability is the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

5. Changes to Service and Pricing

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SizeKit. Permanent discontinuation results in a prorated refund.

Founding Member pricing is locked for active subscribers; new-subscriber pricing may change at any time.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
